Krista Jee - Krista has recently been selected as the lead hairstylist for the new movie being filmed in Pittsburgh "New Terminal Hotel".
My hair- all over black with red accents. The highlighted placement is on the left back and another highlight on the right side which is more vibrant.
My favorite outfit- my well fitted high wasted black pencil skirt and my white dress shirt accented with my super skinny black glam belt and some black pumps and hoop earings. I love love this outfit because of the way it makes me feel powerful and successful!
I love being a stylist because- it gives me an outlet to show people what I can do creatively and how I can make them feel about themselves!
What's exicting about hair these days- these days hair and fashion have definitely turned up a few notches! Not only are there roller sets and perms there are crazy colors and wonderful cutting techniques . Color is a girls best accessory. Color has so much influence on someone and it lets you be the person you feel like being!! I love it!
My Mentor - I would 100% for sure say is my mother. She has always helped me when I really needed a hand. She has been the one person all of my life i could count on even if I couldn't really see it at the time. She's an intelligent business women with huge responsibilities. She's the best thing God has ever given me. She has always inspired me to be myself and become a hairstylist because she knows who I am and knows that this is what I want for my career.
My specialties - I can do everything from updos to italian style hair cutting to precision placement color, waxing, and mens hair! ...what can I say I love what I do!

"Lavi" is the heartbeat of the salon. Always a smile on her face and never afraid to give you her honest opinion on your hairstyle, trade you a recipe, or give you a call to wish you well. She specializes in all hair textures from ethnic to baby fine hair which she prefers to dry cut. Her shampoos are perhaps the best in the city!! Lavi will take 7 am appointments.
My Hair - Big curly afro.
Favorite Outfit - Anything, as long as I can wear my tiara.
My Mentors - Ladybug (my Mom) because she is the strongest person that I know.
Favorite Music - Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Hip-Hop, R&B, Classical
I Became a Hairdresser Because - It's like breathing, when I stop breathing, that's when I will stop doing hair!!

Shawn comes to us via Beverly Hills to be with family. Shawn's star studded portfolio includes Paris Hilton and Carmen Electra. His personality is as big as his 6'8" frame with a heart size to match. Shawn's great at color, cutting, and glamorous blow dry's!!! He still retains a part time position as a hairstylist for Playboy Magazine.
My Hair - It's always different. I change it as often as possible.
My Style Influences - Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabana
My Favorite Outfit - Ripped up jeans and an Ed Hardy T-shirt.
I Love Hairdressing Because - I have a natural God granted talent and it pleases me to help people look and feel great about themselves.

Schooled at Mario Tricosi in Chicago, Kathleen is an intense hair cutter. She excels when left to her artistic sense and is great matching skin tones to haircolor. Not a chatterbox Kathleen will always leave you looking your best as she "zones" into her craft.
My Favorite Hair to Do - Classy, sexy
My Style Influences - Vera Wang
Favorite Outfit - My 7 jeans and a white shirt.

Pattie
Pattie is an extremely skilled hairdresser and excels where many other highly rated hairstylists fall short such as wrapping creative perms or designing elegant updo's for those special occasions. Her excellent time management skills make her the perfect choice for time sensitive clients. P.S. - If you try one of the gourmet brownies or snacks near the coffee -- it's probably the handiwork of Pattie.
My Hair - Long layers, deep chocolate with vanilla highlights (did I mention my love of cooking?)
My Play Style - Easy going, love to dance and sing, and I enjoy the outdoors (nature can be such good artistic inspiration).
Can't Live Without - Friends and family, music, Diet Coke, my workouts, and great food.
My Mentors - My Mom (she was Pittsburgh's first female barber), and my best friend Georgia.

Stephen is the owner/stylist at the salon and specializes in the science and art of haircolor. Long hair clients are passionate about his styles. Utilizing a lost skill and introducing it to the hair salon, his shoulder, neck, and scalp massages may be the best around - mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, and he has a great sense of humor!!!
My Hair - fun, and blonde, but changes often.
My Style - Bright and cheerful. Fashion like life, should be fun! All my stylists are allowed to dress and reflect their individuality. We are not cookie cutters and wr sure don't want to all look alike, nor should any of our clients begin to look the same.
Can't Live Without - My Paul Mitchell flat iron and Bb Gentle shampoo.
My Mentors - My Dad (for his hand me down entrepreneurial spirit and gift of gab), my Mom (for her strong belief in her children), and my wife Nancy (for her continual confidence in me and supporting my passionate career venture into hair, and oh yes - we could not be successful without her strong organizational skills).
